Andrographis Is a Staple of Inflammation Regulators
Andrographis is our main inflammation regulating compound or plant extract within our stack. It has actually replaced curcumin for us. We used to take those two together but it seemed like Andrographis by itself was more than enough. So then we take our vitamin D3 and MK7 tablets, just one of those. Then this is where our stacks diverge a little bit. I take two capsules of our resveratrol and Erika does not. Then I take one cat or we both take one capsule of our reduced glutathione.
