Lead Pastor - Is That a Good Thing?

Every lead pastor is going to tell you like oh, I want to be involved in everything. You've got to connect them to what they're passionate about and take care of the other things that they're just not passionate about. It's a hard hard role for people who are introverted because they don't know how to do it all. But right can win a law as an xp if you can figure that out and just be honest and go They really care about this Let me fill them in and connect them to that piece of the church.
