How to Track Backlog Health
Andy Cevallos: What do you consider your cycle time, starter number or starting stage? Some teams might consider something not started until they have actually started doing. He says a ticket could sit in the backlog for a pick any calendar and be picked up close it in two days. And there's different implications if you measure from the time it went into the backlog until it's finished. But anyway, let me show you one thing. On the this chart on the top right hand side, I have these little check marks and they're basically saying this is a cycle time scatter plot where you're looking at right here.
