The Mistakes I Made When I Managed Teams

The mistakes I did when I managed teams to go into managing managers is that you know you're kind of saying exactly how you want things done. What I learned over time is figure out to be more declarative. So, we come up with some high level boundaries and then give them enough room so that they have enough rope to go ahead and execute on what they what you need from them but the boundary is still sort of confined.
