I think that the constant stress of trying to get, trying to get somewhere at a certain time and feeling like if a trip planner or a Google Maps itinerary lies to you ruins your whole day. I think just being able to kind of surrender yourself to the city and letting yourself be confronted with all the various good and bad occurrences that might happen on your way from getting full in place to another. To me, the best multitasking as far as getting exercise and getting some fresh air and connecting with nature is to incorporate that into your commute every day.
