The Importance of Law in the Islamic Tradition
The way in which the Greeks are incorporated into all the traditions is really fascinating. I think one important distinction to draw between Christianity and Islam and Judaism on the other side is the relative absence of law. There's this sense, if you're a Jew or a Muslim, that you wake up in the day in the morning and you have your whole day planned out for you.
