Abu Ghrairah's Relay of Hadith
It's difficult to assess how many hadith Abu Ghrairah could have heard from other Sahaba. There are instances where he'll explicitly coat the Sahabi that informed him. Often though he does say that he heard things. This was well known in the early generation of Muslims. Even then, I don't think it's that consequential.
