The Evolution of Customer Experience in Call Centers
It was adopting to the person it was having a conversation with and mimicking the language given their level of sophistication. And all we did was basically feed the LLM the knowledge-based articles that they had had there. And it was created this like completely different customer experience. It's an open question of how it evolves. I think some will say we're going to have fewer like reps and call centers.
