Can a CBDC Improve Financial Inclusion Through Programmability?

The effort to use psychedelics for various therapies extends to using ecstasy on four-year-olds. I posted a link to a story about psychedelics being used, including for its, it's over 25 different, you know, sort of afflictions, including inflammation. So if you're inflamed, if you need too much McDonald's, then you need psychedelics. And you read this and you think, are we trying to prepare America for a successful Chinese invasion? What is the goal here? It's a tsunami of drugs.
