Cedric: We knew we couldn't just go through 600 applications by hand and try to find the best in that batch. So what we came up with was a very simple tool, we decided to include a trip wire in the briefing. About 85 % of people did not read precisely enough to catch that. And you probably don't want to work with them, right? Ye? Cedric: I think one key thing that we learnt that saved us a lot of work is paying attention to detail.
