In our work, you have no idea what somebody is actually doing when they're sitting there with their eyes closed. You can see changes like from before somebody did like an eight-week class and then afterwards,. So that is very interesting. They found that people have like amazing changes compared to people who are not meditating. But then of course the critic says, maybe those people had that before they started meditating has nothing to do with Meditation.
