How to Reduce Turnover at a Newspaper Company
Paul Whitaker is a part owner and editor of a newspaper publishing company that runs two local weekly newspapers as well. He recently discovered the podcast and we kind of discovered that we've been in the Pathfinder phase for quite a while. The nation has gone through, as you probably know, what we've called the great resignation. And companies our size have had a 29% turnover. Our turnover was nowhere near that but it was still double what we're used to.
