How to Empty Your Grief Out of the Jug

When it becomes the fear of fear, you can never fully empty the jug. You begin to interact differently with it on a cognitive and behavioral level. And then you get, you're not filling it as much. So for me, grief used to fill up a lot of it. But I did empty a lot out just by talking about it and doing stuff. That's where therapy is really good.
