I found that if i were to just take my phone out of my bedroom, it would eliminate the problem altogether. And i ended up getting more sleep. It's this easy. All that really is is a few powerful decisions to not check social medior news or going to your email when your thinking about it unconsciously. Those 30 minutes every single day could be put towards your bold move, your meditation practice, your working out your relationship.
