"If you don't have any kind of real relationship to that then words become cheap and this is one of the things that I teach every parent when they say well why do my kids not listen to me," he said. "I'm helping people to understand the power of a commitment." He added: "Most people don't because as we said earlier in the conversation most people are just trying to survive".
