The only personality trait that we cannot do accurately is neuroticism. Most of our first impression happens based on nonverbal cues. It's just about having a tool set that you can use in the right situations. People who are charismatic, memorable, magnetic, walk into them and you're like, Oh my God, I've got to meet that person.
