We have evolved up to now in environments where, for us to be healthy and to feel healthy, we actually need to be moving our bodies. We've seen that sometimes we don't actually move all that much when we haven't no return to the structures that used to let us move. And i'm going to plant a seed to invite you to move back to phone calls, to put on a headset and to start moving your body while you're talking to people.
