Death deprives us of something, but that's not the only reason why it is bad. There are other aspects of death which arguably augment its badness. Nigel: It's not just that i'm going to die, it's that death could happen any time at all. I could suffer a brain aneuism as it were conducting this interview, and i could just die. If there were death free times, that would be a relief.
