You're robbing yourself of the opportunity to ds an informed strategy in order to go out to your work place. So just consider it's really all about strategy here, not just a list of measures. When planning survey roll out, should you pilot in an area of the business where you know there's high trust and perhaps less opportunity to make a difference? Such as likely to find a lower level of risk than company wide roll out.
