How to Love Yourself for Wellness

My go to is meditation. For me, that's like the best way to really take time for myself and to really reset and get my mental game and check. Do you have like an app that you use or is it just something that you kind of do on your own? I've used apps, but I get distracted by voices, you know, so if someone's voice kind of like throws me off, I don't really listen to it. But I did love and she still do every once in a while. There's a podcast by Tara Brock. She has really good 15 minute meditations for people if they want to get into meditation.
