What's the Attitude in the Mind?
It's helpful to intermittently check the attitude in the mind regarding these different experiences. And that can be done even with things as simple as the breath. Sometimes simply by asking the question, we can find the mind relax back from a wanting we might not have even known was. The answer is often revealed in the very asking of the question.
