Russia's Targeting of Hotels and Restaurants Used by Journalists
There are suggestions now that Russia is deliberately targeting hotels and restaurants known to be used by journalists for this very purpose. The hotel was also regularly used by staff from the UN and other non-government organizations. US President Joe Biden last night asked Congress for a further $24 billion, that's almost £20 billion for humanitarian, economic and security systems to Ukraine. If approved, that's going to bring the total aid contribution to Ukraine to more than $113 billion since the full-scale invasion began.
