Seser's Critique of Colonialism
There is a long tradition of this type of critique, where i take the critique being something like frederick douglas. He seems to think that there is some sort of fundamental sameness we all share when it comes to moral character. And so bringing it back to sesar, i don't know if he holds that position, but he certainly thinks colonialism is not a natural outgrowth of, of, let's call it, human tendencies. For him, it is not about saying, you well, forget europe. Will have nothing to do with them. will go it alone.
