How to Apply Mental Skills to Traditional Climbing

Would train up the biology behind strength and endurance all those adaptations that relate to the anaerobic lactic energy system. Would do some bouldering or some moon boarding or system boarding very brief powerful type exercises with lots of rest in between. Then a few days later if you are doing a repeater workout on the hangboard that would be a good day to do some roped climbing at the gym.
