Is There Anything You Can Do if a Publisher Says No, You Can't Have Your Rights Back?

i didn't have a physical copyo, wouldn't have. I know some people would just read the back. They could have everythinglike copyright pages and what not. So once the e book was down, everything was gone. Is there anything that you can do if a publisher says, no, you can't have your rihts back? There is. Keep asking. Obviously, don't be rude about it. But you can't keep asking to say like, oh, i i have all these royalty reports, and i'm still not making money. You are within your rights of reversion.
