The Effects of Yeast on Beer Hazes
So I have an american light lager right now that I just brewed that didn't drop clear and I don't know why. There's maybe more protein in malts now than there were a few years ago and that might be leading to hazes at the homebrew level um you know and I'm wondering if that's actually true or if that's just totally me. So gelatin won't get everything it's going to get most so beer usually drops really nicely clear but it's not going to get everything. And then one other comment this is the last comment that I've had to I don't know if you're finding in the kegUm but that's something that I do
