Product Strategy - How to Communicate Out Your Product Strategy
A good product strategy can make product people feel uncomfortable, especially when you're use to dealing in stories and a b tests. Most of us are used to moving really quickly; executing on a strated strategy will often take time. Here's a non exhaustive list of some people whom i think you should be sharing your work with. If your strategy doesn't include their feedback and their input, chances are it's not very good. Strategies created in a vacuum very rarely succeed.
