For many years, i myself bouncing between competing models of a hard bitten taskmaster and a nurturing father figure. I became a micro manager because i found a company is about a hundred to a hundred and 50 people that i could micro manage very effectively. And so you get rein that it's going well here and then you think you're doing great. You think you're greatly that that's right exactly. When i went to the rangers as a captain,. i had commanded a mechanized infantry company of less alete soldiers, good people, but less alete. Then i was a company commander there. That was probably the time i started shifting my style pretty significantly.
