The principle of numerical matching is going to determine you know what goes where. If we're doing a squat then the octomegiveness is always going to have more activation of the glutes never going to be really fully activated with the glute and squat no matter what we do. Now basically if we look at the head first or a glute bridge it's the opposite way around the glute is going to be the muscle that's most strongly activated so it's just going to give us more capacity.
