Is This Legislation by Emotion?
There's never been any evidence of a sex offender registry reducing sex crimes really, like, before we passed the registry, there were this many violations. I mean that again, i think this speaks to the fact that this is, that this is legislation by emotion. And so it is a sort of like more cross fit thing work. If its not working, just do more of same thing.
