The Supreme Court's Decision Restricting Access to Abortion Medication
The Supreme Court needs more time to consider a lower court decision restricting access to an abortion drug. Today, Justice Samuel Alito extended the hold on that lower court ruling until 1159 Eastern Friday night. That gives the justices 48 more hours to consider this case while temporarily extending access to this drug. The bottom line is they wanted more time to dig into this before they made their decision.
