The next piece is the action. This is the actual behavior that you engage in and I break this up into two categories. You have your conscious action and your semi-conscious action. And then lastly, we have the consequence. Now let's go back to what I shared in the beginning about this. The idea that each of these pieces, their sequence, they're interrelated. Changing one affects things further down the chain.
