Sam leads Bittensor's Templar  and Basilica subnets. Templar is one of the world's top distributed training platforms and it's easy to understand why after this conversation. Fresh off a successful implemention on of CCLoco on subnet 3, he now has his target on building a permissionless, community-owned compute cloud on subnet 39 Basilica.
