Why Matriliney Increases Female Competitiveness?

It took me 10 years to try to figure it out this question. What is it in this culture that make women compete as much as the man? So I had to go back to evolutionary psychology, evolutionary biology. The idea that women cannot be president, women cannot be CEO because they are less competitive and so they don't go for this position.
