The Rights of Women to Access Abortion Services

Northern island assembly passed a bill primarily designed to protect the rights of women to access abortion and associated health services. It prohibits protests against abortion and other specified behaviour within certain safe access zones around abortion clinics. The supreme court held that the relevant clause of the bill was compatible with the convention rights of anti-abortion protesters.
