What Are the Laws of Physics?

Physics creates a kind of very artificial situation. So i think nancy cartwright's view is an, ok, this is telling us the kind of things that happen in this very artificial ation. In the inner, living, biological world, it's not necessarily the case that en in that very different context, there won't be other factors going on. I mean, that seems to me a coherent, municipus part of argument.
