The Low Inventory Market in Canada
There's very little inventory in the Canadian real estate market. A lot of people get into it not because they are getting in to get out and make a quick buck. In Canada, there seems to be more of a pride of ownership. And so I think that might be one of the reasons why Canada is a bit more prone to perhaps entering into a recession than the US.
