How to Solve Wicked Problems

A wicked problem is one where there's no right answer. It's not something you can calculate the solution to because there's so many variables. The context keeps changing, and different stakeholders with different motivations have to be negotiated. We came up with a variety of tools that we're hoping to pilot very soon. They involve mental flexibility. They involve an ability to shift our mental model about what's going on. One of the tools we have is a clarity frame to show people, here's your understanding of this wicked problem at the beginning.
