The Feminist Challenge to Bodard
i turn to sarah ahmed's feminist challenge to bodiard. She contends that in badard's work, the subject is determined by indeterminacy, rather than anatomy, class or gender. The scientific intervention against non normative bodies reflects a general society repulsion of those people and bodies that do not comply with the naturalized belief beliefs of sects engender in their association. As ahmed writes, rather than oppose the subject a decidedly rcentric concept, beldiard reposits the subject as always already indeterminate.
