Is This a Bad Decision?

Chuck Todd: This is a bad decision in the view of the justice department and a lot of legal expertsd it could open the door to other regular criminal defendants just asking for a special master when none is warranted. The judge bent over backwards to say that this case was special because it involved the form president, even though there's nothing in the law that makes a former president any different from any other potential criminal defendant or subject of an investigation. And who could they possibly find as aspecial master that would understand what's an executive privilege claim? I mean, i think there are three living supreme court, retired supreme court justices. That's about the length of the list i can think of
