The Importance of Stimulating Reps

The amount of central fatigue I'm building throughout the entire training session means that the motor recruitment and the subsequent sets are going to be less. We're really just not mechanically loading those largest type fibers we talked about anyway. And so it's essentially going to have to do more sets if we want to get the same number stimulating reps. So people say well if you're only getting five reps, why would you just a five minute slot I'm like what do you think we do?
