What Is Responsible for the Tight Wheat Markets?
There is a lot of wheat to go round. It just maybe not going to the right places. Is that because people are hoarding it? Right now, we know that chinais starting to hoard it, or has been a indias cutting off axports. And this is really important, because we often hear in the media that ukraine and russia supply something like 25 to 30 % of the world's wheat exports. But they're actually responsible for relatively small amount of global production. I believe, to gather maybe 13 % or so. And crane itself about four percent of global global wheat.
