I think like my kids still really love bench. They love to see that number go up. When you try to get into a bunch of overhead press, I feel like the numbers don't go up as fast. So we're always going to bench. Nordic deadlift is one of my favorite variations for a deadlift. It just doesn't hurt my back. My hamstrings cramp. And for me, the numbers have gone up so fast. Look, I don't think I've ever even seen that before. You'll cramp with Chris and he's your last.
