The Kelly Criterion

There's something called the Kelly Criterion, which tells you how much to bet based on how good of a bet you think it is. The problem in the stock market is you don't always know what your rate of return expected is. People who are the most outgoing can inadvertently take the most risk and get better life outcomes through that.
