Getting Out of the House and Gardening

After work, i thought i'd end the day by getting out of the house and doing a bit of gardening. While working in our front garden I couldn't help but notice an overpowering smell coming from the garden bed. It could only be one of two things: Either the neighbours cat had been pissing on this section of the garden, or the neighbors must keep their garrage bin, complete with kitty litter, behind the fence.
