Deep Water Seaweed Farming - The Benefits
Deep water farms can produce approximately 20 % more seaweed than farms in shallow water across zanzibar. More and more farmers are turn to deep waters to keep their livelihoods going. Manisha, whom we met earlier, is one of the latest people to learn these new skills. Se believes there's huge potential for the islands scale up seaweed farming even further.
