Winthrop Bell's Secret Letter to the War Cabinet

Ludendorff realized that he couldn't get his way on winning his race war against the Slavs right away. So he needed to basically pick a smaller enemy first. The Frankfort Jewish newspaper discovered in 1917 a secret letter produced by this military plot in Germany in 1915. It declares that after the end of the current war, no matter which way it went, they were going to fight another war and they would target the Jews as their enemy.
