The Importance of Customer Experience in AI

Almost three quarters of the executives in the survey responded that the principal benefit, and I wanna say this is kind of that front door use case I was talking about before, but the principal benefit they've seen in AI is through customer experience. So many things are digital, which means that consumers are now interacting through these digital means. And so communication and interaction with that financial services organization particularly digitally and intelligently where we personalize that based on their history and how they have run their financial accounts is really important.
