If you're in an interview with a designer, make sure everything you're thinking about is in their perspective. Same thing with engineers. How does it meet my goals? What are the business metrics that I'm going after? Take everything that's on my road map and build all the business value for each of those features. And then, who are the engineers in the room? What are you going to say to that? You're going to go... It depends who you're interviewing with, right?
