"I got a parking ticket and I live in Michigan. So if you don't pay your parking tickets back when we had two covenors ago, they instilled some kind of law," he says. "And then I forgot to pay the parking ticket. They suspended my license. I got caught driving. I just suspended license. Well, I was kind of a low life at that time."
